The theme for this year’s British Science Week was “Change”, encouraging young people to think about and investigate the changes happening in the world all around us; from seasons and climate, to materials and energy. It was also a chance for young people to consider the changes they can perform to have a positive impact on our future.
Across the week, each class took part in a variety of activities to explore this years theme. Not only did the children learn lots about science, they also had the chance to get messy, search the woodlands and create explosives!
It was our aim to get the children excited about science and we most definitely did that!
