‘Love your Grounds’ Day!

Tuesday 14th February
It’s Valentine’s Day! Today the School Council completed their next project ‘Love Your Grounds Day’. We had discussed in a meeting how the school grounds needed a bit of TLC, especially our garden! We rolled up and sleeves and got cracking. Weeding, planting and re-organising the shed and greenhouse has meant the garden is all ready to use again now the weather is getting better.

Have you seen our recycled ‘bottle’ green house? It’s FINISHED! The roof has gone on and it looks fantastic!

The trees we received from the Woodland Trust Project have also been planted all along the fence as you walk to reception!

A special thank you to Mrs Isaac for all her help with the bottle greenhouse and to Mr Sutton for doing some serious digging!
